1. Hispanic protagonist
2. Return to Los Santos
3. San Andreas in 2012
4. Car Modding is back!
5. Cover system is improved
6. Military return to five star level
7. More girlfriends (more chicks!!!)
8. Parachuting
9. fun cheats returned!
10. Multiplayer is back. They included "Dedicated servers!"
